Tenno is a game for everyone aged 13 and up. These rules keep it fun and safe. They apply to chat, private messages, usernames, clan names, our Discord server and anything else you share in our games. They are part of our Terms of Service.

The rules

Be respectful

• No bullying, harassment, threats or insults.
• No hate speech. Do not attack anyone for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
• Do not tell anyone to hurt themselves.

Keep it suitable for 13+

• No sexual content or sexual messages.
• No extreme violence, gore or content that promotes drugs or self-harm.
• No offensive usernames, clan names or profile content.

Stay safe

• Do not share personal information: yours or anyone else's. That includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, school, photos and social media accounts.
• Do not ask other players to meet in real life or to move to private apps.
• Never share your password or login codes. Our staff will never ask for them.

Play fair

• No cheating, hacks, bots, modified game files or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, report it to us.
• No account sharing, buying, selling or trading.
• No selling or trading items or Tenno Coins for real money.

No scams, spam or illegal content

• No scams, phishing links, fake giveaways or pretending to be our staff.
• No spam or advertising.
• Nothing illegal. That includes content that sexually exploits children, terrorist content and pirated material.

How to report something

• By e-mail: write to support@resurgegames.com. Tell us the player's username, what happened, when it happened and where (for example global chat or a private message). A screenshot helps.
• Illegal content: use our legal contact page.

A real person on our team reads every report. If someone is in danger right now, contact your local emergency services first.

What happens if someone breaks the rules

We look at how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before. Usually we go step by step:

1. Warning and removal of the content, or a reset of the username.
2. Chat mute for a limited time.
3. Temporary suspension of the account.
4. Permanent ban.

For very serious breaches, such as threats of violence, sharing sexual content involving children or large-scale cheating, we can skip steps and ban straight away. Items or coins gained by cheating are removed.

We use automated tools to spot offensive usernames and cheating. A person always checks the case before a permanent ban. When we suspend or ban an account, we send an e-mail to the account's e-mail address that explains what we did and why.

Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, reply to our e-mail or write to support@resurgegames.com within 6 months. Tell us your username and why you think the decision was wrong. A person will look at it again and tell you the result.

Working with the police and authorities

If we find content that suggests someone's life or safety is at risk, or that involves the sexual abuse of children, we report it to the police or the right authorities. We also answer lawful requests from authorities. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in these cases.
