What happens next

We confirm receipt and handle urgent reports, such as a threat to someone's life or safety or child sexual abuse material, first.

Reports are handled by people

Every message sent to this contact is read and handled by a person on our team. We do not answer legal contacts only with automated replies.

How to report illegal content

To help us act quickly, please include:

• why you think the content is illegal, and which law it breaks if you know;
• where the content is: the username of the player, where it appeared (for example global chat, clan chat, private message, username, clan name or our Discord server) and the date and time;
• a screenshot or a copy of the content, if you have one;
• your name and e-mail address, so we can tell you what we decided (you do not need to give your name if you are reporting content that sexually exploits children);
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is correct and complete.

We confirm receipt, review the report, decide whether to act and tell you our decision and how you can challenge it. If we remove content or restrict an account, we tell the affected user why, as described in our Terms of Service.

Authorities

Authorities that send orders to act against illegal content or to provide information can use the same e-mail or postal address. We will confirm receipt and tell you without undue delay what we did.
