Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Resurge Games FZ-LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our websites, games, portals, APIs, software, social media services, and related services that link to this policy.
Who We Are
Resurge Games FZ-LLC is responsible for the services covered by this policy. Our address is FOB50127 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
You can contact us about privacy or data requests at support@resurgegames.com.
Services Covered
This policy covers websites, games, portals, APIs, software, client and admin portals, licensed booking and ecommerce systems, social media management services, web development and IT services, and related operational systems operated by or for Resurge Games FZ-LLC. It also covers Resurge Development, which is the TikTok developer app owned and developed by Resurge Games FZ-LLC.
We describe services by category instead of naming every customer project or internal tool, so this policy remains accurate as our services and customer systems evolve.
Customer Systems
For customer websites, booking systems, ecommerce systems, and similar SaaS services, our customers control the business data they enter or collect through their own use of the service. Our customer is normally the controller of its end-user and business data, and Resurge Games FZ-LLC acts as the processor or service provider for that customer data.
We do not sell, share, or use customer business data for unrelated purposes. We access customer systems and data only as needed to host, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, improve, or support the service, or when the customer asks us to help. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with this public policy for that customer service, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

We do not store full payment card details.

How We Collect Data
We collect data directly from you, from your use of our services, from our customers when they configure licensed systems, and from third-party services that you choose to connect, such as Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, payment processors, app stores, and other social or platform providers.
How We Use Data
We use personal data to create and authenticate accounts, provide game and software services, operate licensed SaaS products, deliver support, process subscriptions and virtual content, issue invoices, send service emails, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and understand whether our services are working correctly.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the services, compliance with legal obligations, consent where required, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
No Sale or Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use customer data to train public artificial intelligence models.
Game Store Distribution
Our games may be distributed through platforms such as Steam, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. Those storefronts may process account, device, purchase, refund, review, diagnostics, crash, app performance, and usage information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive store-provided purchase identifiers, subscription status, transaction status, platform account identifiers, revenue reports, fraud signals, diagnostics, and other records needed to operate our games, grant licensed virtual content, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting obligations.
Our game services may include online interactivity, messaging or chat features, in-game purchases, virtual currency, subscriptions, and game progression. The data shown in a platform's privacy or safety label may vary by platform, region, app version, account settings, and features used.
Social Media Integrations
If you connect a social media account through our social media scheduling environment or through Resurge Development for TikTok, you authorize us to store the integration data needed to provide the service, including provider account details and access or refresh tokens. We use this data only to show the connected account, upload media, create drafts, publish posts, read post status when needed, and perform actions that you configure or approve.
We do not publish social media content unless you or an authorized user schedules, approves, or triggers that action. Uploaded media may remain in your media gallery until you or an authorized user deletes it, deletes the related account, or asks us to remove it. If you unlink a social account or delete the related scheduling account, we delete or disable the active integration data from our systems, subject to backups, audit logs, and legal obligations.
Community Bots and Automations
Our community bots and automations may process community platform account data, avatars, message content, command interactions, channel or server metadata, and API responses. These systems are used to forward messages, answer commands, fetch game or service data, automate replies, and operate community support features. We do not use this data for unrelated purposes.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Security Tools
We use necessary cookies for sessions, authentication, CSRF protection, and security. We may use local storage for preferences such as theme selection. Our contact and newsletter forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse checks. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site advertising cookies on our public websites.
Service Providers
We use service providers to host, secure, send, process, and support our services. These include hosting infrastructure such as Netcup-hosted servers in Germany, email delivery through IONOS SMTP, payment and commerce providers such as Stripe, Xendit, Plisio, Apple App Store, Google Play, and Steam, login providers such as Apple, Google, and Facebook, social platforms such as Meta services and TikTok, anti-abuse tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile, AI service providers used for staff-only internal knowledge processing, and operational diagnostics, monitoring, backup, and security tools.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies where they act as independent controllers, and under our instructions where they act as processors.
Internal Tools
We operate self-hosted and internal tools for service reliability, support, development, security, backups, server monitoring, status reporting, accounting, finance tracking, internal automations, task management, and staff-only knowledge retrieval.
Access to internal tools is limited to authorized personnel. These tools may process service metadata, logs, backups, support context, task records, financial records, or other operational data needed to run the business and services.
Our staff-only internal knowledge system may process Resurge Games FZ-LLC internal documents, prompts, document snippets, generated answers, exams, and embeddings. Those internal materials may be sent to AI service providers to provide retrieval-assisted chat, document search, OCR, and exam generation for staff use.
International Processing
Resurge Games FZ-LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates. Our primary application hosting is on servers in Germany. Some providers, platforms, payment processors, and support services may process data in other countries. Where required, we use contractual, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data during international processing.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Account, game, subscription, virtual currency, license, and transaction records are kept while the account or service relationship is active and for as long as needed for security, dispute prevention, tax, accounting, audit, and legal obligations. Verification, password reset, and email change tokens are cleared after they expire. Social integration tokens are kept until unlinking, account deletion, or loss of authorization. Diagnostic logs are pruned or overwritten according to operational schedules. Backups are retained until they expire or are overwritten.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted sessions, password hashing, token protection, private credentials, least-privilege access, monitoring, backups, and security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so you must keep your credentials safe and contact us if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
Your Rights
Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential emails. To exercise rights, contact us at support@resurgegames.com.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may retain data when required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or service integrity reasons.
Children
Tenno is intended for users aged 12 or older, subject to platform age ratings, parental controls, and local law. Client, SaaS, business, and paid account services are intended for users aged 18 or older, customers, clients, authorized representatives, and users legally able to enter into the relevant agreement. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a user's age group, the user may use the service only with proper consent. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without proper consent where consent is required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, personal data may be disclosed to professional advisers, counterparties, or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, legal obligations, or operational practices change. The updated policy will apply when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
